Youth Mission Trip
Wow! The week in Pine Ridge Reservation was absolutely amazing. God taught me and the team so much through this mission journey and the people we ministered to and alongside of in South Dakota.
One thing God taught me personally was how real the persecution that many Lakota Christ followers have to endure. This past trip half our team was placed at a house owned by a man named Travis. Throughout the week he shared with me and the team all the harassment he has received because of his pursuit of Christ. His life was a testimony of Christ through his response to those that persecute him often praying for his persecutors and also helping them by serving them when they are in need.
Thank you for making a commitment to the whole team and the people on Pine Ridge Reservation. Without your partnership this mission trip would not have been possible. Thank you for investing in our Student Ministry for the Kingdom’s sake!
Please don’t stop praying for the Lakota people and the missionaries that are working in their lives. Pray that they would hear and accept the gospel and pray for protection for those that have decided to follow Jesus.
