Pastor Paul has been serving FUMC since July 2017. He has served several congregations in Wisconsin throughout his career. He attended Duke Divinity School and has a Doctor of Ministry degree in Biblical Preaching.

Pastor Modesto launched our Hispanic ministry. Before coming to the United States, served in the Dominican Republic as a youth leader and a missionary pastor.  He started a radio and television ministry and led several mission teams on trips to the United States.

Pastor Modesto empezó nuestro ministerio hispano. Antes de irse a Los Estados Unidos, él sirvió como líder de jóvenes y pastor misionero en La República Dominicana. Él empezó un ministerio de radio y televisión y también fue líder de varios viajes misioneros a Los Estados Unidos.

Kate Vance, Children & Youth Ministry

Kate leads our preschool and elementary students in learning about Jesus. As a lifelong member of our church, Kate has been part of our Sunday school, Vacation Bible School and youth programs for many years, in addition to having worked with children through the UW-Whitewater Children’s Center and the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Atkinson.



Eileen Slak, Office Manager

Eileen has served the church office since 1996. Her favorite part of her day is working with the people of our church congregation.

Kris joined the church staff as a new arrival to Fort Atkinson to live closer to his family.



Brenda Nitardy, Choir Director and OrganistBrenda Nitardy, Choir Director and Organist

Brenda serves as worship service organist and pianist in the traditional service.  She also directs the choir, and new singers are warmly invited to join.

Karen directs the Wesley Ringers Bell Choir.  New choir members are always welcome.



Jeanne Raub, Children’s Guitar Ministry

Jeanne leads an ecumenical group, the Children’s Guitar Ministry, during the school year.  Children discover and develop their God-given gifts, while making a joyful noise (Psalm 100) to glorify God and serve others.  Children  provide special music during worship services and visit senior living residences.  Jeanne has taught and directed programs in Spanish K-12, Adult Basic Education (GED prep and ESL), children’s ministry and adult bible study groups.
